How long have you been in business?
Particular Properties was open in March of 2018. However we have been investing in the Central Florida market since 2006. The absolute worst time to get into Real Estate! We have learned and grown so much since then.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily serve home owners that need to liquidate their properties quickly. Whatever the situation- divorce, relocation, foreclosure, inherited property, tax delinquents etc. The cool part of hiring us is we can close our own deals. So the owner doesn’t have to worry about us ‘finding a buyer’ like most have to but don’t disclose.
If you don’t need to sell quickly and still want the most out of your property we also have the ability to list it and get retail. We like to present facts and let the homeowner make the decisions. We want the deal the be a win win for all parties involved.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in real estate after purchasing my first home. A girlfriend of mine wanted to move out as well so she moved in with me. I rented the room out for $500 a month. Now my mortgage was just $800 a month. She paid $500 and I paid $300. I thought to myself, This was awesome! I started reading a ton of real estate books. Started Educating myself on the investing side and I was hooked. Fell in love and never looked back!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think the biggest thing that sets me apart from other companies is honesty. I won’t do a deal unless all sides win. If it’s NOT in the owners best interest we won’t do the deal. Where other wholesalers, investors, or whatever they are calling themselves would do anything for that sale. My reputation is gold to me. I want to treat these homeowners like I would want someone to treat me if the roles were reversed. I had no idea what I was doing when I bought my first house. I got screwed in so many different ways. And it’s sad that you can’t trust someone to lookout for you when you’re doing business. So I want to add that value to all my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we focus on about 10 counties in central and southern Florida. We are always adding more. I think the possibility of growing is endless.

Right now we don’t have a office that clients come into. There is just no need. We go to our clients if we need anything. A lot of this can be done virtually. So the need for a sit down office is becoming obsolete. My car is most definitely where I spend most of my time!

How I treat my clients. This is such a people person occupation. I am in the business to solve problems and help owners get relief from their situations. If I can’t do that then what am I here for?
